Peptide Blend Calculator
When you run more than one peptide together - BPC-157 + TB-500, a GLOW or KLOW stack, a GH combo - each compound has its own vial, concentration and dose. This calculator solves every peptide in the blend independently and gives you the exact syringe units per compound. Pick a preset below to load it straight into the calculator, or build your own from scratch.

Free, in your browser - no account. Or get it in the OptiPin app, where a saved blend auto-fills and logs every compound on one timeline.

How blend dosing works
The arithmetic is the same as a single vial - just repeated per compound. For each peptide, concentration = vial size ÷ water added, and your dose ÷ concentration gives the volume, which on a U-100 insulin syringe is read in units (1 unit = 0.01 mL). The catch with a blend is that the peptides usually have different vial sizes and target doses, so each one lands on a different number of units even when they share a schedule. That's exactly the bookkeeping the calculator removes: load a preset like GLOW and it fills every compound's vial and dose, then shows the per-peptide units side by side. Change any value and the rest stay independent.
For the single-compound version of the same math - and the step-by-step reconstitution walkthrough - see the peptide reconstitution calculator. For what each peptide actually is, browse the peptide reference.
In the OptiPin app
The same blend engine is built into OptiPin on iPhone. Pick a saved blend and it auto-fills the reconstitution math, then logs each compound on a shared timeline with its own schedule - so a GLOW or Wolverine protocol shows up as one stack, not four disconnected entries, with site rotation and vial runout warnings across the whole thing.
FAQ
What is a peptide blend calculator?
It works out the per-peptide dose when more than one compound is reconstituted in the same protocol. For each peptide you set vial size and water; it returns the concentration and exact syringe units, so a stack like BPC-157 + TB-500 needs no hand math.
What are GLOW and KLOW?
GLOW is a BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu skin-and-healing blend; KLOW adds KPV as a fourth peptide. Both are presets here - tap one to load it into the calculator. They're reference templates, not a dose recommendation.
Can I build a custom blend?
Yes - add each peptide, set its vial and water, and every compound is solved independently. Start from a preset and adjust, or build from scratch.
Is it free?
Yes, free in your browser with no account. The same blend calculator is built into the OptiPin iPhone app, where a saved blend auto-fills the math and logs each compound together.
