Email is the fastest way to reach us. We read every message and typically reply within 1–3 business days.
For app support, bug reports, billing questions, feature requests, and general inquiries.
What to include in your message
For bug reports: the iOS version of your device, your OptiPin app version (Settings → About), and a clear description of what you did and what happened. Screenshots help.
For data-loss issues: please don't delete the app first. Email us before reinstalling — there's often a recovery path that gets lost when the app is uninstalled.
For content corrections: the page URL, the specific claim you think is wrong, and a primary source (PubMed, FDA label, guideline document) supporting the correction. We take these seriously and apply them with attribution where appropriate.
For feature requests: what you're trying to do and why the current app gets in the way. The "why" is what we use to prioritize.
Other channels
In-app feedback: Settings → Send Feedback. Goes to the same inbox; auto-attaches device and app version, which helps us debug faster.
App Store review: public reviews on the App Store listing. We can't reply directly to private feedback in reviews — please email us so we can actually help.
Press / partnerships: use the same email, subject line "Press" or "Partnership."
