Why OptiPin
The things that ruin a peptide cycle, blow up a TRT lab, or burn a $400 vial — handled. Below is every feature OptiPin ships, no marketing fluff.
Calibrated PK models for testosterone, estradiol, DHT and GLP-1 — anchored to your bloodwork. Trough, peak, and current estimate across the week. Multi-compound overlay for full stacks.
Weekly digests and month-in-review summaries that link your dose log, daily check-ins, Apple Health metrics and labs. "Friday slump on weekly TRT", "GLP-1 nausea peak window", "hematocrit trending toward action threshold" — surfaced before they bite. Choose your perspective: clinical, plain-language, motivational, or bodybuilder coach.
Peptide, GLP-1, TRT dose, intranasal spray, and split-dose calculators — in-app and free on the web. One-tap pre-set stacks: Wolverine, GLOW, KLOW, GH Stack, Healing & Inflammation.
TRT esters, peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, MK-677, retatrutide), GLP-1s, HGH, AIs, SARMs, neurosteroids. Custom medications too. Smart schedules: daily, weekly, twice-weekly, every-other-day, 5-on/2-off, titration ramps, planned off-cycles.
Apple Health auto-imports your labs (T, free T, SHBG, E2, hematocrit, A1c, lipids, CMP) and plots them on your dose timeline. Out-of-range markers flagged with the relevant reference range. Manual entry when your lab doesn't push to Apple Health.
Mood, energy, sleep, libido — plus custom trackers you define ("skin clarity", "joint pain", "morning erection quality"). Side-effect logging per dose. Custom tags for any pattern.
Six SubQ and IM site presets auto-advance as you log. Advanced delt sites (anterior, lateral, rear) and biceps available. Visual rotation map under Settings → Injection Sites.
Per-compound vial tracking with open dates and discard windows (28 days for GLP-1s, 30 for GH peptides). Mixed vial sizes tracked separately — no averaging. FIFO drain queue you can reorder. Low-supply alerts. Cost-per-dose calculator that factors dilution and discard so you see the real price-per-shot.
No account, no server, no third-party data sharing. Discreet notifications — no compound name in the notification body. Daily iCloud backup is opt-in and end-to-end encrypted. Manual export to a local file too. Safe restore handles missing parents and UUID collisions without dropping data.

OptiInsight pulls your dose log, daily check-ins, Apple Health metrics, and bloodwork into one narrative. It catches what charts hide — the Friday slump on weekly TRT, the GLP-1 nausea peak window, the hematocrit creep before it bites — and frames it the way you ask it to.
OptiInsight is invite-only while we tune the analysis quality. To get the most out of it — and to qualify for the beta — you'll need a few things in place:
Active OptiPin Pro subscription
Paid subscriber — free trials don't count toward beta eligibility. The analysis itself is included in Pro.
Up-to-date data in at least 2 of these areas
Two minimum, but the more signal you log, the sharper the summary.
One analysis per quarter
Rate-limited so the quarterly digest lands when there's actually a quarter's worth of data to read.
Opens your mail app to support@vitaloom.xyz — same intake we use in-app.
Pillar guides
Three citation-backed pillars covering what most clinics won't say out loud. Each one connects to deeper hubs for bloodwork, side effects, injections, and access & cost.
You don't need another "what is low T" article. You need to know which labs matter past total T, why TRAVERSE didn't settle the cardio question, when SubQ beats IM, and how to keep hematocrit and E2 from sinking your protocol.
Read the TRT pillar →Semaglutide vs tirzepatide vs retatrutide vs orforglipron: how to choose, how to titrate without the nausea wall, when to switch, how to maintain after you hit your target, and what the 2026 compounding landscape actually looks like.
Read the GLP-1 pillar →Five categories aligned to how the app organizes them: Growth & Recovery, Cognitive, Specialty, Fat Loss, Longevity. Honest evidence flags per compound. Plus where the FDA peptide framework actually stands in 2026.
Read the Peptides pillar →Cross-cut topic hubs spanning all three pillars:
Everything you need to understand and optimize your TRT, peptide, and GLP-1 protocol.
Browse 200+ medications: TRT, peptides, GLP-1 (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide), HGH, neurosteroids, and more — with dosing info and safety notes.
Browse medications →Complete guide to peptide reconstitution, injection technique, site rotation, and safety. Ideal for anyone starting peptides for the first time.
Read the guide →How to inject testosterone safely: intramuscular vs subcutaneous technique, injection site rotation, needle selection, and dosing schedules.

Really great app for tracking pins, medications, inventory and even health markers. 10/10.
The price may be a bit steep, but well worth it. The app is very complete with links to all health data to compare with your meds. All meds are listed and the calculators and trackers are very handy. It reminds me of which doses, automatic titration, keeps track of my solutions etc. Well worth it!
This was exactly what I was looking for to track my dosing protocol for various medicines.
Worth the price — no other app lets you track your prescribed T AND peptides among other medications… especially not the way this one does.
I'm a customer for life. Use it for TRT and prescriptions.
I may not be the original target audience for this app but I was looking for a way to track my B12 shots (pernicious anemia) and monitor my fatigue levels between shots and this fits the bill! It also helps me see how my shots affect other health metrics and determine how far apart I should space them.
Excellent app, was looking for something comprehensive to track TRT and peptides plus ancillaries. Still growing, often updated, bringing in new functionality and tweaks. Looking forward to where the devs will take it.
Love it. Best app for tracking multiple peptides.
Near perfect. Great for my list of peptides and GLPs.
Perfect Pep App. When I first got this app, there was a couple of things I seen needed some changing. But instead of giving up and trying a different app I actually sent an email to the developer. The developer immediately email me back the next day. For the last eight weeks I've been going back-and-forth and he was extremely receptive and does all the changes and suggestions.
Great app. Fantastic app to track all peptides, and TRT.
Game changer. This app has been a game changer for me. Being able to not only track my dosage, but my supply has been able. I reached out to the developer multiple times ideas about improving the app and he has always been super responsive. I just want to say thank you for the great app and how helpful.
Perfect app. This app has helped me track so much, really kept me on schedule and calculated.
Made it so much easier to schedule and track usage and injection sites. Absolute game changer!
Perfect for tracking TRT injections and rotating sites. Clean interface and keeps all my data private.
This is the best peptide tracking app on the market hands down.
This app is top notch. On multiple occasions I've emailed support and worked with them to resolve the issue, walked me through things, and every time my issues have been resolved. This app gets better after every update.
Using this to track my TRT journey and it's superb. Author is also very responsive to suggestions. Optipin is also one of the peptide trackers and I've tried a bunch.
Loving the app, especially for my TRT+. Keep improving it.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is a medical treatment for individuals with low testosterone levels. This app helps track your medication, symptoms, and progress.
Premium includes unlimited medications & peptides, medication reminders, hormone level visualization, bloodwork tracking, custom health metric trackers, and CSV export. Free users can track 1 medication forever.
OptiPin is free forever for 1 medication — no credit card, no account required. A 14-day free trial of Premium unlocks unlimited compounds and advanced features. After the trial, continue on the free plan or subscribe.
OptiPin uses published half-life and absorption data per compound to model your estimated blood levels between bloodwork draws. Each forecast is anchored to your real lab values when you have them, so projections stay calibrated to your body.
Go to the Medications tab and tap 'LOG NEW DOSE'. Select your medication, enter the dosage amount, and tap Save.
Go to Medications → Add New → Custom. If it's a peptide or peptide blend, use the dosage calculator in the add medication flow to streamline the creation process. This will input dosage amount and units, and reconstitution volumes into the medication notes and fields.
Yes, Premium users can go to Settings > Export/Import Data and tap 'Export to CSV' to save your data in CSV format.
The app can send notifications to remind you about your medication schedule. Set up reminders in Settings > Notification Reminders.

Yes, OptiPin is iOS only (iPhone, iPad, iOS 18.1+). We chose iOS-first so we could integrate deeply with Apple Health for auto-imported labs and metrics. Android support is on the roadmap but no shipping date yet.
No. Your protocol, doses, labs, and check-ins stay on your device — there's no server holding your health data and no third-party sharing. If you opt into iCloud backup, it's end-to-end encrypted; Apple can't read it. Anonymous crash reports and aggregated usage events use device-generated IDs, never tied to identity.
Add a Custom Medication: name, units (mg/mcg/IU/mL), schedule, and notes. If it's a peptide or blend, the dosage calculator in the add-medication flow auto-fills the reconstitution and unit math so your custom compound behaves like a built-in one. We also accept feature requests — email support@vitaloom.xyz and your compound usually ends up in the library on the next release.
Yes — logging, calculators, forecasting, schedules, reminders, and inventory all work fully offline because your data lives on the device. OptiInsight AI summaries are the one exception: those require a network call to generate. iCloud backup needs a connection when it syncs.
Free forever for 1 medication. Requires iOS 18.1 or later.
