1. Introduction

Welcome to OptiPin. We respect your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. Your protocol, doses, labs, check-ins and any Apple Health data the app reads stay on your device. Usage analytics, if enabled, is limited to feature usage, such as screens visited and features enabled or used. The one exception is a diagnostic report you choose to send us, described below.

3. Diagnostic Reports You Send Us

If something goes wrong, Settings › Support › Report a Problem can email a diagnostic report to our support address. Nothing is sent automatically. The app lists exactly what it will attach before the email is created. You can still edit or cancel it in your mail app.

The report attaches app diagnostics and a copy of what you have logged.

We use these files only to investigate the problem you reported. They are deleted once it is resolved. They are never sold or used for advertising.

4. Your Rights

The usage analytics described above are anonymous and are not linked to you, your account or any identifier we could look you up by, so there is no personal record for us to retrieve, correct or delete. If you have a question about how any of this works, email the team below.
