Side effects & warnings

  • new numbness or tingling in the hands, or hands and ankles that stay swollen – stop and get assessed – these are the classic signs of too much growth hormone signalling
  • unusual thirst, or passing much more urine than normal – a blood-glucose check, since GH secretagogues raise it

Strong appetite stimulation – may not be ideal for cutting phases. Can raise cortisol and prolactin. Monitor if using for extended periods. Take on empty stomach.
