What each compound is
Clenbuterol. A potent beta-2 agonist that a 2023 systematic review describes as widely misused by athletes and bodybuilders.
Ephedrine (including ECA stacks). Ephedrine and ephedra are sometimes used for weight loss or athletic performance. A 2003 meta-analysis linked ephedra or ephedrine taken with caffeine to heart palpitations and to psychiatric, autonomic or gastrointestinal symptoms.
